Overview
Meto Lift’s stainless steel bin blenders prevent product exposure, cross contamination and product loss, making them ideal for high-potency materials. They also minimize space requirements in your facility because they can blend, lift and position right onto a lift column. This allows the product to be blended and discharged directly to the next stage of the process without the need for additional handling. Plus, our fail-safe lift mechanisms hold the platform in place even in the event of a power loss.

Customization
Customization options for Meto Lift bin blenders include single pedestal, dual pedestal, lift column, mobile base, moveable base, and developmental (lab). Other options exist for a full range of controls, allowing for recipe storage and batch recording. Our blenders also can be configured to work with your existing bins and built to height and reach specifications required by your unique application. If automation is important, the rotational column option provides for precise positioning to further reduce spills or exposure.
